I will need the name of the recipient, the title, rank, and name of the person retiring, the service branch, the preferred emblem, and the date of the official military ceremony. We can also design certificates for previously retired military veterans' family members. If you want the message changed please send me the preferred message in our email with all the other details for personalizing your certificate design.
